TheHell’s windowis a skin contact wine, made much like a red wine. All three varieties are handpicked on the same day before being crushed and left to ferment on skins. As David Ritchie says "Think of this wine as a drink rather than a wine. It is more like an Aperol spritz."

ThePet Nathas received the highest rating for this style in the Haliday Wine companion for two years in a row and is a delicious sparkling wine. The Riesling brings delicious lemon flavours and the secondary fermentation, in the bottle, adds beautiful brioche flavours. 

Piquetteis a low alcohol drink (5%). It is made from the left over skins and seeds after pressing the juice. To make it all we added was water and let it ferment. It has a nutty nougat like nose with floral characters. We like to drink it on ice with a slice of cucumber.
