Hospitality Manager

Delatite Wines is searching for a passionate, experienced person to fill the new permanent role of hospitality manager as our new cellar door and restaurant opens in late May. Three years in the planning and construction, our architecturally stunning stand-alone cellar door, restaurant, and commercial kitchen is complete with marquee areas for functions and a large orchard, chook run and vegetable garden.  

Delatite is a family owned and operated 28ha vineyard and winery that has long followed biodynamics and natural winemaking. We are nestled between Mt Buller, Victoria’s premier ski resort, and Lake Eildon in Victoria’s High Country. The local town. Mansfield, is one of the state’s most vibrant and liveable country towns and destinations, located just 2.5 hours north of Melbourne.


Sous Chef

We are looking for an experienced, passionate sous chef to join our team as we open our new cellar door and restaurant in May 2021. 

You will help establish our winery as a destination in Mansfield and the North East. We are passionate about creating an exciting and delicious menu driven by seasonal and local produce. The new development will focus on the core values and principles of Delatite Winery and will focus on us becoming one of the premier Wine EcoTourism destinations in Australia.


FOH and Kitchen Hand Careers

We are looking for experienced, passionate front of house and Kitchen people to join our team as we open our new cellar door and restaurant in May 2021. 

We are about to open our new architecturally designed cellar door, restaurant, and commercial kitchen with orchard, chook run and vegetable garden. In keeping with our biodynamic vineyard and natural winemaking philosophy, the kitchen will focus on a menu featuring local, natural, ethically grown and sourced ingredients. We will source most, sometimes all, from our own estate, our local area, and the north east region. The restaurant will initially open for 60 people but this will be expanded to over 120 once the outdoor deck opens in Spring 2021.

Accommodation is available and an attractive salary will be negotiated, depending on experience.
