Join us for our annual bonfire night! 

Wrap your hands around a hot gluhwein by the warmth of a bonfire, braziers and a good dose of community spirit in the alpine foothills.  

Enjoy music from Chloe Jade, potato spirals, beer from Buller Rd Brewery, delicious curries, and wines!  

We are excited to be bringing back Friday night drinks at Delatite! 

As the weather warms up come, sit back and take in the beautiful high country at dusk while enjoying flame grilled skewers, wine flights and live music. 

4.00PM - 8.00PM

Food served from 5.30pm to 6.30pm

This is a workshop that stimulates all the senses, with painting and a gourmet experience!

As the grapes begin to bud and swell in Spring, or the leaves turn to russet in Autumn, pull up a chair and learn to paint with gouache and drink in the panorama of High Country.

You will learn about using gouache in a painterly manner, palette layout, composition, and colour mixing. You will set up to paint the views, with your own painting kit for the day, and individual instruction from Wendy Jagger, an experienced artist, and art educator.

After creating your A4 masterpieces on quality watercolour paper and admiring everyone’s work, you will enjoy a delicious, two-course lunch in our dining room with a glass of Delatite wine, looking out at the stunning views you’ve just painted.

Suitable for beginners and the more experienced, Wendy will tailor her teaching to suit you.

10.30am - 3.30pm | $230 per person

We’ve come together with the team at Hidden Trails to give you a taste of how the locals like it, a wonderful day out enjoying some of the regions best on offer.

Your day will begin with a 2 hour ride through our vineyard and surrounding farmlands. The farm boasts outstanding views of Mt Timbertop, Buller and a far, once you have taken it all in from your saddle you are in for a culinary treat. You will then come back to the winery and have a delicious lunch paired with 2 glasses of their famous wines for you to indulge in.

10am - 2pm | $260 per person

Weight limit of 95kg and an age limit of 18 years or older. Catering for beginner to advanced riders.
