Estate Tempranillo Rose 2022

Picked early in the season the fruit for this wine comes from our Tempranillo block in our new vineyard. Whole bunch pressed to give the vibrant pale colour; the juice was wild fermented and matured for a short time in oak. No filtration or fining agents* were used to ensure the delicate flavours of the variety are preserved.

*Fining agents are protein based compounds used to reduce the level of phenolics in the wine so it is vegan friendly.
