Our Estate Range of wines are made exclusively of fruit from our own vineyard in Mansfield. It is grown and made along Biodynamic principles so we use no synthetic sprays in the vineyard, no artificial additives or enzymes in the winery and ferment using wild yeast.

Hand-picked from our old Shiraz vines (30+ year old) the fruit for this wine was fermented in open vessels and hand plunged three times a day before pressing off to a mixture of old and new oak barrels. The wine was barrel matured for eighteen months and then blended and bottled without the use of finings* or filtration to preserve the unique characters or the fruit.

*Fining agents are protein based compounds used to reduce the level of phenolics in the wine so it is vegan friendly.
