Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

• Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over only. To enter, participants must purchase 6 bottles of wine, online to automatically be placed in the running. 
• There two are prize in total. Each prize is valued at up to $2000 worth in wine. All postage costs and additional taxes or expenses will also be covered by Delatite Winery.
• Participants may only enter once during the competition period. The competition period will commence on 16/09/2024 and entries will close at 11:59pm on 14/10/2024. 
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications following the announcement of the winner. 
• The final prize draw will take place at 12pm on the 15th of October at Delatite Wines, 390 Pollards Road Mansfied, Victoria, VIC, Australia 3722. All valid entries received within the Promotional Period will be entered into the Prize draw. 
• The winners will be notified by phone and in writing via email, and the winner’s name published www.delatitewinery.com.au on 16th of October 2024. The Promoter’s decision is final and entries will be considered after the cut off time and date.
• Prize claim date & time: 23rd of October 2024. If a prize is not claimed by the prize claim date, the winner forfeits the prize and a new winner will be drawn on 24th of October 2024. The new winner will be notified by phone and in writing via email, and the new winner’s name published on www.delatitewinery.com.au on the 24th of October 2024. 
• If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal or greater value and/or specification.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to the Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
