The Estate Pinot noir is a heavier pinot than we would typically expect. It is a little more masculine with higher tannins, making it a great food wine. At the back of the palate, it has lovely berry flavours.

The Dungeon Gully is a fruit driven, juicy wine. The wine has aromas of blackberry and plums with some smoky oak characters coming through. On the palate this wine has black plum fruit flavour and some herbal notes which is nicely balanced with the fine-grained tannins and some sweet oak and tobacco notes coming through on the back palate.

The Devils River is a rich red with herb notes. The aromas of this wine show the spicy oak and the fresh cut herb (rosemary) characters of the Cabernet. The palate lends itself more towards the sweeter fruit flavours of the Merlot which give a lovely round plummy flavour. The tannins are firm but not aggressive and on the finish the oak becomes sweeter in note with a distinct cigar box character.
