Designed by Lucy Clemenger Architects, the new building takes advantage of the stunning outlook over Mt Buller with 180 degree, uninterrupted views.
Guided Wine Tastings
There are a few options for guided tastings at Delatite.
The first is Taste the Estate which is $10 per person.
The second is Taste the Estate plus Reserve wines which is $20 per person.
The third is our Delatite Delights experience - be guided through a tasting with a mini degustation menu paired perfectly with five of our wines. It is complimentary for our Summit Club members and one guest, twice yearly. It is $60 per person

At Delatite we prioritise locally sourced food with a focus on share plates. This comes from the Ritchie's commitment to sustainability and love of having people over and cooking. We hope our menu reflects that and that when you visit you enjoy a wide range of delicious dishes.
