A six pack comprising of three bottles of our 2011 Cuvee Gewurz and three of our NV ‘Demelza’ Pinot noir Chardonnay Rose. Both of these delicious wines were produced using ‘traditional method’ – so whole bunch pressed, fermented in the bottle, a minimum of three years on lees and then disgorged by hand. The show very fine bead and both are dry and elegant yet full flavoured sparkling wines that are great by themselves or with food.
The cuvee Gewurz is quite unique in Australia – we believe that we’re the only ones to make one and have done since 2006. This 2011 vintage is the third release and spent around 3 1/2 years on lees before being disgorged.
