‘Grape-to-Table Tour’
We held the winery tour and lunch as part of Tourism North East’s High Country Harvest Festival, and began with a tour of the winery, followed by our winemaker, Andy Browning giving our guests a taste directly from the barrels!
We then headed inside for an abundant 2 course lunch of Buxton Salmon and seared eye fillet and a Delatite red wine poached pear, by the fire, prepared by Megan Knapp of the Kitchen Door/PureTaste Catering.
