Harvest Moon is named after its historical connection to farmers. It provides ample moonlight in the early evening for farmers harvesting autumn crops. The arrival of the Harvest Moon means autumn is officially coming to an end and we believe it is a time to relax, restore and revitalise.Â

Estate Tour with David Ritchie
Explore Delatite’s biodynamic vineyard, gardens and winery with owner David Ritchie.
Each tour is an in-depth look into the family history, the way the grapes are grown, how the wines are made and the key values that inform everything that is done at Delatite.
After meeting in the cellar door, walk and look at the vineyard while learning about biodynamic principles. Then taste wines straight from the barrel at the winery and learn about natural wine making. Walk back via the vegetable garden and chickens. In the cellar door you will enjoy (we hope) a glass of Pet Nat and then say goodbye to your guide and enjoy the feature menu in the dining room for lunch.

Burning The Vines
Uncover the healing effects of fire in this community bonfire night. Wrap your hands around gluhwein by the warmth of a bonfire, braziers and a good dose of community spirit in the alpine foothills.
Enjoy live music from local musicians, delicious food including curries and more foot TBC.Â
Children's games (from 4pm to 5pm) including:
  - Egg and spoon race
  - Apples in the hay
  - Treasure hunt
  - Donut eating competition
  - PLUS a face painter
