This is our first Yarra Valley Pinot noir and comes from two blocks at Coombe Farm in the heart of the Yarra. Made up of three classic Pinot noir clones (114, 115, and MV6), the grapes were picked in mid-February (earliest ever) and the must wild fermented in small batches before being transferred to a mix of old and new French barriques for nine months. It shows beautiful aromas and flavours of black cherries and raspberries along with lovely smokey oak undertones.

CELLARING Although drinking well now it will continue to improve for 5-10 years
