This is our first Yarra Chardonnay and is made from a block at Coombe Farm in the heart of the Yarra Valley. Picked in mid-February the grapes were pressed to tank and after beginning fermentation the juice was transferred to French oak barriques to complete the majority of its ferment. It spent a further nine months in these oak barrels before being blended and bottled.
It has a delicate floral nose with round flavours of melon and stone fruit on the palate. The balanced oak adds a further level of complexity.

CELLARING it will age beautifully over the next 6-10 years or….. just enjoy it now on its own while young and fresh!
