The Ritchie family is delighted to share the landscape and vineyard experience with visitors and wine lovers alike!
We are located at the base of the Victorian High country, overlooking Mt Buller and just 10 minutes from Mansfield.
Locally sourced food and produce are at the center of our seasonal menu. The food from our large new orchard and permaculture garden will be supplemented by local producers.
We highly recommend making a reservation to avoid disappointment.
DINING ROOM
Open Wednesday to Sunday 12pm to 5pm - last orders at 3.30pm.
At Delatite we prioritise locally sourced food with a focus on share plates. This comes from the Ritchie's commitment to sustainability and love of having people over and cooking.
On Monday's and Tuesday's we only offer snacks, in the cellar door

TERRACE
Our Terrace is there perfect spot to relax and enjoy the best we have to offer - exceptional wines with views to match!
In summer you can spill out onto our deck, lawn, and outside tables while sipping on a delicious glass of wine.
Our Terrace menu includes large share platters, sides and our signature lamb roast.
Please note that on our terrace we only offer ordering through a QR ordering system - Mr Yum. If you would like full service and our full menu please book in our dining room.

ESTATE PICNICS
Enjoy an afternoon picnicking, drinking wine and relaxing with the Victorian High Country as your backdrop at one of our Private Estate Picnic sites.

SUMMIT CLUB MEMBERS -please let us know you are a wine club member – although our system should pick this up, it pays to let us know! We will make sure you get the best table allocations.
BOOKING POLICY -For all reservations, we require credit card details to confirm your reservation. We don’t take a deposit from this card, however we kindly ask for 24 hours notice for any reduction in numbers or cancellation to avoid a cancellation charge of $30 per person.
There is a 15% surcharge on public holidays.
PETS -We are a dog friendly winery and welcome all dogs big and small for all bookings made outside. If the weather is inclement please note that we cannot host your dog.
